Bath Half Marathon 2006 - Before the Race

Sunday 19th March 2006 was a gloriously sunny, if somewhat chilly day.  After a hearty breakfast, Simon Halliday's massive team of CRY runners began to congregate at Bath Rugby Club.  There was a great atmosphere of anticipation as the runners sorted out their kit, started stretching, and began the liberal application of Vaseline!

At 9.30am there was a press call on the pitch at The Rec.

TV, radio and newspaper people were there to photograph and interview the runners, and find out why they had chosen to support CRY.

You can read Simon Halliday's own recollections of the day here
