CRY's annual Bereavement
Support events consist of several Regional Bereavement Support Days
around the UK, plus a number of National Bereavement Support Days in Birmingham, specifically for
Partners, Mums, Dads and Siblings.

CRY
Bereavement Support Days are for people who
would
like to understand more about how to cope with the sudden loss of a young person
(aged 35 and under)
through a cardiac related condition;
would
like to meet others who have suffered a similar loss to themselves; and
would like
to learn more about CRY’s bereavement support
programme.

If there are not at least 10 delegates registered by
the closing date, unfortunately the event will be cancelled
Your
registration will only be accepted if CRY receives the £15 registration
fee (for each applicant) prior to the event
A maximum of 24 people will be accepted
for each event and there will be a maximum of 6 people in each support group
You may apply for any event and are not
confined to attending the event closest to where you live
You may attend as many of the events as you wish
Applicants will be accepted on a first
come, first served basis
If there is more than 1 person attending
in your group you are advised to apply as soon as possible to secure
your places
Each person wishing to attend must complete
a separate booking form
Places are available for parents,
siblings (aged 16 and over), relatives, partners and friends (except
at events specifically designed for mums, partners and siblings)
Free parking available at all venues and a hot lunch
is provided to all who attend
Attendees may sign in from 9.30am; events
run from 10am to 3.30pm (approximately)
Travel
expenses
(car / train) will be refunded when receipts are sent to the office
after the event
Unfortunately, due to lack of childcare facilities, children
under 16 will be
unable to attend
