Julie is an inspiration

Evening Gazette (Chelmsford) - 15th November 2005

Talking of inspiration, Julie Tanner has it in spades. The 13-year-old got stars of sport, politics and entertainment to contribute to her first book.

101 Reasons to Get Up in the Morning includes comments from the late Pope John Paul II and TV presenter Chris Tarrant.

Did she do it for own personal profit?  No.  All profits will go to CRY – Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Shame the Kirby-le-Soken youngster doesn’t live in Colchester: she would surely have been a finalist in the town’s youth awards.
