In addition to the many local youngsters who were screened, one family travelled many hundreds of miles to take part.

Tom's father, Paul, said: "We're really grateful to Dr David Evans and all at the Florence Road Surgery for allowing us to use their facilities; they have offered us tremendous support. Lots of people from in and around Ealing have worked really hard to raise the money to enable these screenings to take place so it's good to see so many people taking advantage. As ever, the CRY team were brilliant and we were again hugely impressed by their care and commitment."
