The annual CRY Family Medical Conference Day is for families (and friends) bereaved due to young sudden cardiac death.

	Michael Burgess Michael has been Honorary Secretary to the Coroners Society of England and Wales for 12 years; is currently HM Coroner for Surrey and Coroner of the Queen's Household; and wrote the Appendix for Coroners for the new NSF chapter on Arrhythmias and Sudden Death
