Why not join in the Hydro Active Women's
Challenge (formerly known as the Flora
Light Challenge for Women) - the biggest and best, women-only fun run in
the UK. This event is a 5 kilometre (3 miles) fun
run... or walk.... for women only, and is for women of all ages, and
levels of fitness.
This increasingly popular
event - now sponsored by Lucozade Hydro Active - attracts well over 20,000 entrants. As usual Hyde Park in
London will host the Challenge in the capital, but for those who feel
that's too far south, there will also be events in Birmingham and
Liverpool. There are limited places for each event. There are
5,000 places initially available for the Birmingham and Liverpool events,
whilst the London event last year had around 20,000 entrants. Places
can disappear very quickly, so sign up soon if you want to be sure of a
place! 
The entry fee is
£15, and £5 of this will go to CRY. When
completing the entry form, be sure to specify CRY as the charity
you are running for. Online entry is now available via the Hydro
Active Women's Challenge website -

All competitors will receive a T-shirt, medal
and goody bag at the event. Please contact CRY for a CRY
T-shirt or running vest to wear whilst you are doing the run. CRY
can also provide you with sponsorship forms and posters - and even a CRY
heart running costume if you are up for a real challenge! (Click
