Back to earth after skydiving

Frinton and Walton Gazette - 13th May 2005

Adrenaline junky students have come back down to earth after doing a skydive from 15,000ft.

Danielle Parker and Jo Danbury, both 16, from Tendring Technology College in Frinton, did a skydive in Norfolk on Sunday for charity – in the middle of the exam periods.

For Danielle, of Kirby Cross, it was not as scary as what she did the next day – her art GCSE exam.

But their nerves of steel did not let then down and they topped £800 in sponsorship money for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY.)

For Jo, of Little Clacton, who is doing her AS-levels, it was a welcome break from revision.
