The LifeBooster Challenge / Great North Run 2009

29th June 2009 onwards / 20th September 2009

Life Coach Joanne Ingham is determined to improve our wellbeing with her 21 day bootcamp for the body and soul.

Joanne, the founder of LifeBooster Coaching, initially created her virtual bootcamp as a way of kick-starting her own training for the Great North Run in September. “I wanted to develop something that would motivate me to want to exercise, instead of coming up with excuse after excuse like, I’m too busy or too tired” said Joanne.

The aim of this FREE programme is to change the way we think about exercise and to make it a pleasurable experience for everyone regardless of the sort of activity we choose to do. The programme is suitable for ALL, irrespective of age, sex or ability.

Joanne explains “These days we’re bombarded with stories about how unhealthy we are as a nation and I believe this programme will help us to achieve happy fitness as a default setting and with summer fast approaching getting toned up for the beach is on our minds too!"

  • The programme has 8 themes sent out via email over 21 days starting on the 29th June.

  • Each theme is different ranging from considering what we believe about ourselves to how endorphins are the hidden treasures of health – there’s even a section on how we can think ourselves fit

  • The programme contains advice from a range of different experts –a fitness professional, a top UK life guru, a nutritionist and - for the ladies – some advice on sports bras!

Joanne’s also linking the programme to her challenge of taking part in the Great North Run and is hoping to raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young.

CRY works to raise awareness of Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and campaigns for proactive screening of young people.

“With 2 teenage sons of my own I realise the good work that this charity does and I would really like to support them” adds Joanne

The LifeBooster Challenge – a 21 day Virtual Bootcamp for the Body and Soul - begins on Monday 29th June.

If you would like to take part, get more information or sponsor Joanne, go to www.life-booster.co.uk  or phone Joanne on 0787 3230965.
