The aim of this FREE programme is to change the way we think about exercise and to make it a pleasurable experience for everyone regardless of the sort of activity we choose to do. The programme is suitable for ALL, irrespective of age, sex or ability. Joanne explains “These days we’re bombarded with stories about how unhealthy we are as a nation and I believe this programme will help us to achieve happy fitness as a default setting and with summer fast approaching getting toned up for the beach is on our minds too!"
CRY works to raise awareness of Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and campaigns for proactive screening of young people.
“With 2 teenage sons of my own I realise the good work that this charity does and I would really like to support them” adds Joanne
The LifeBooster Challenge – a 21 day Virtual Bootcamp for the Body and Soul - begins on Monday 29th June.
