This
takes part in London Docklands and is televised so please cheer along to
the TV when you see our CRY shirts go by.
Then just a few weeks
later we will be setting off on a 900 mile plus bike ride from Lands'
End to John O’Groats.
Our route (which I will
publish in full before the event) will allow us to visit two trees that
I have had planted as living memorials for Amanda - one on the
Somerset/Devon border and one in the Lake District.
Here we will stop and
remember all the great times we had with Amanda, and also reflect on
how, in her memory we can help other families who may be struggling to
cope with the crushing loss of a child or young adult! (see also
www.c-r-y.org.uk/mccarthy_my_story.htm)
Contributions would be
most helpful to CRY, and can be made by visiting:

Or please send a cheque
payable to Mr P McCarthy (fundraising number 8/336)
