In June twelve brave members faced the River Bann and the weather to row 26 miles for Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Although the task was physically challenging all members made it to the end, a lot wetter than when they started out. 

The rest of the club did not sit with their feet up as they walked the towns of Portglenone, Kilrea and Ballymoney collecting money.  Many felt it was just as exhausting as rowing!!

Along with donations from many local businesses Finvoy YFC are pleased to hand over a cheque for £3,060 for CRY. 

The club would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who sponsored them, supported them on the day and to staff at Woodhall, Kilrea for their time and equipment to help with the row.
