Capital bridge walk result

North Devon Gazette -  10th October  2007

Brenda Lukett and members of her family are pictured after taking part in the London Bridges Walk organised by the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).

They raised around £800 for a memorial fund set up after her son Martyn died of Myocarditis, a form of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome in 2005 at the age of 19.

Since then the family have raised around £11,000 for the fund, which they have asked CRY to use for a heart screening programme.

Pictured here, from left, are Katie Jewell, Andrew Henderson, Brenda Luckett, her daughter Charlotte and son Nick.
