Teenage offenders are to hand over more than £1,000 to charity. The group of 16 and 17-year-olds raised the money making bird boxes and feeders, garden planters, wheelbarrows and Christmas wreaths for sale. A cyclist died from an undiagnosed heart condition just days after completing a 50-mile bike ride.  Ian Hoggarth, 34, collapsed the day after the ride, from a heart condition that causes sudden death in apparently healthy people.  Just six weeks before he collapsed, and unbeknown to his girlfriend or family, Ian had registered online to donate his organs and help others in the event of his death.

The game, featuring former Hull City players, was held in memory of Hornsea teenager Josh Fell, who died last year from sudden adult death syndrome while playing football. The 15-year-old's parents have set up a campaign to raise money to screen young people for the condition.
