The desks, storage units and shelves that we acquired
have given the CRY office a fresh new feel, and enabled us to make much
better use of the space at our disposal.
The arrival of new furniture also prompted a re-think
about the way we store our merchandise and fundraising items, resulting
in a much better layout, with easier access and less need of a
stepladder!
This
has all been another step towards making the CRY office feel like more
of an office and less like a converted warehouse.
We would particularly
like to thank David Wright for letting us know about the opportunity to
inherit the furniture from BDO Stoy Hayward’s Guildford office; liaising
with us on the logistics; and for his help in loading up the CRY van on
the day that we actually collected the items. |
