Sgt D L Tuck organised a half marathon in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, to
raise money for CRY and Help for Heroes in memory of Lt Charlotte Pistra.
Lt Pistra died suddenly of an undetected heart defect in December 2008. |

Alistair Macfarlane braved extreme heat and humidity in tackling a gruelling
500km sponsored cycle ride across the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.
Alistair decided to raise funds for CRY in memory of his best
mate Matthew Cooper, who died suddenly in 2003 aged 22. |
