day was held at Farleigh Court, Surrey on Saturday 8th August and
featured 28 golfers playing for the Ben Simpson Claret Jug. |

Ber Memorial Fund. |

Charity golf tournaments in memory of Ben Simpson
- August 2007
Every
year the Ben Simpson Golf Society holds two charity golf tournaments to raise
money for CRY in memory of Ben Simpson. Ben died suddenly of an
undiagnosed heart condition in October 2005, aged 26. |

Captain's Charity Golf Day, Wimbledon Park Golf
Club - 9th September 2006
A total of 88 competitors, all
wearing distinctive red CRY baseball caps and including local MP Stephen Hammond
and Roger Taylor MBE, enjoyed a sunny afternoon’s golf.
A
further 30 guests attended a BBQ, raffle draw, auction and “Elvis” concert in
the evening. |

The 8th Howard Jennings CRY Memorial Trophy - 18th September 2004
64 golfers took part in this annual
tournament in memory of Howard Jennings. A good day was had by
all, and the rain held off for nearly the whole event! |

Jennings CRY Memorial Trophy Golf Tournament
With 108 golfers, this the 5th Memorial Trophy was
assured to be a hectic day. As it happened the weather also put us
well and truly to the test. We raised £3,000 through golf fees,
raffle, sponsorship and a silent auction. |
