Race Night in memory of Adam Donnelly

A race night was held at Our Lady of the Rosary Parish Social Club, Sidcup on Saturday, 20th November to raise money for CRY in memory of Adam Donnelly, who tragically died of a sudden heart attack on July 30th 2004, aged 17.

The hall was packed with Adam's friends and family for the evening and it proved to be an evening of fun and noise!

£1,800 was raised through ticket/tote sales - £100 was added by Sophie Hunt's family (one of Adam's closest friends) and a further £100 was donated by the Social Club committee.

The cheque for £2,000 was presented to CRY representative Anna Takula who very kindly came along to the social club and spoke very movingly of her personal involvement with CRY.
