Duck race

The duck race is on Sunday, June 27, in Sinnington at 2pm.  Ducks are £1 each and available through members.  They can also be bought on the day.  Money raised will be divided between Cancer Research UK and Cardiac Risk in the Young.

The annual duck race held at Sinnington by members of the Kirkbymoorside Young Farmers’ Club was a great success.  The first duck, number 22 belonged to Louise Waind.  A total of £495 was raised and 540 ducks sold.  The money will be shared between Cancer Research and Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).
