They did a chest X-ray and saw something wrong
with his heart. From there he was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital
in Oxford, where he stayed for a week.
He will have yet another medication introduced
next month, and so far there has been no change in his heart - but he's with
me!!
Its rare for someone as young as Colby to get
this - but it does happen, not just in late teens and adults. I myself had
heard of sudden death syndrome, but never knew what the main causes of it
actually were until my son was diagnosed.
I have included a couple of photo's of Colby. He
spent his 1st birthday in the hospital too.
