Ironman UK in memory of Craig Burling

I started training for the 2013 Ironman UK in November 2012, after long hard consideration about entering the event. My best friend’s brother – Craig Burling – had tragically passed away through SADS a number of months prior and the decision to do the event on behalf of CRY was an easy one. I would like to
