London Marathon Write Up 2019 Congratulations and a huge thank you to all the CRY runners who took part in the Virgin Money London Marathon 2019 on Sunday 28th April. Clarke Family Screening

This picture shows the Clarke family and CRY screening team in Northwich for a screening held Saturday 29th September 2018, in memory of Mike Clarke. 96 young people were screened.


Tough Mudder run in memory of Mike Clarke

Tough mudder was on the 9th September at Chomondley Castle. 5 miles, 13 obstacles in the thickest mud the UK has to offer! I decided that I wanted to run this race in memory of Mike and raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young, who continue to offer free heart screening for 14-35 year olds.


The Mike Clarke Memorial Tournament

On Saturday 18th August, we held our third memorial tournament in memory of Mike on what would have been his 32nd birthday. Nearly 100 footballers battled for the Mike Clarke Memorial Trophy. It was a much drier day than the previous two years, which made for a much calmer atmosphere.  The football ran really smoothly as the


Whitegate Walk in memory of Mike Clarke

Northwich Guardian, 29th August 2018 The annual Whitegate Walk will take place on Sunday 11th September in memory of Whitegate United player, Mike Clarke. The walk will be raising funds for CRY and St Luke’s Hospice. Last year, over 200 walkers took place, raising £2,500 for local charities. Read more


CRY Update Magazine 75

CRY Update 75 reports on all CRY news, events and fundraising from January to April 2018. We experienced a host of highlights through this four-month period. In March, our screening programme surpassed a total of 150,000 young people screened, which is an incredible milestone for us to reach. Furthermore, to discuss our progress and the importance
