The 9th Anniversary of Adrian’s Death

The years make this no easier,

The pain is still so strong,

Nine years of missing life and love,

Nine years since you’ve been gone.

But you left a special legacy,

He grows, and lives and plays –

We know you would be proud of him,

As he spends his happy days…

Walking, climbing, riding –

He loves to ride his bike!

Working hard at school most days

He can be a little tyke.

Full of joy and quite vivacious,

Determined and strong of mind,

He also is compassionate,

Can be gentle and so kind.

A mirror of your personality,

He will certainly do you proud,

As we today remember all your memories 

And call your name out loud.

We love you and we miss you,

You live on in our hearts,

Living, loving and laughing in your memory

You still play such an important part.

We love you always and to eternity.
