Amanda lost her brother, Ronnie, in 2008 to sudden cardiac arrest and was soon after diagnosed with a heart condition herself; she will be taking on the challenge in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), a charity close to the family.
“Living with a heart condition has never stopped me living my life and has only made me a stronger more challenging young lady who continues to raise money in the attempt to help others,” she said.
