A GROUP of Llandudno Junction residents are well on their way to raising £10,000 so that 100 young people can undergo “heart screening” in the summer.
The group are raising the money under the name of “Jayne’s Memorial Fund”, with funds going to the charity “Cardiac Risk in the Young”.
Fundraisers so far have included taking on the world’s fastest zip line at Zip World over Penrhyn Quarry, a bingo, a jumble sale, raffles and more.
