Family Bereavement Support Days

CRY Family Bereavement Support Days 2019

In 2019 CRY will be holding four Family Bereavement Support Days which can be attended by any family members (over the age of 18) who have lost a young person under the age of 35 to a young sudden cardiac death. The Bereavement Suport Days will be held at the CRY office, with small groups of up to six bereaved family members. Up to two members of the family can attend each event.

The days will be led by Alison Cox MBE, CRY’s Founder, and are an opportunity for bereaved families to meet with each other and talk about the impact of their loss.

"Talking about our grief with the CRY bereavement team, and other CRY families has helped us to live with the loss of our son. Sharing experiences has helped us to develop coping mechanism, and it is comforting to know that many of the feelings we experience are a normal part of the grieving process"
