CRY Family Bereavement Support Days 2021
In 2020 CRY will be holding four Family Bereavement Support Days which can be attended by any family members (over the age of 18) who have lost a young person under the age of 35 to a young sudden cardiac death. The Bereavement Support Days will be held at the CRY office, with small groups of up to six bereaved family members. Up to two members of the family can attend each event.
The days will be led by Alison Cox MBE, CRY’s Founder, and are an opportunity for bereaved families to meet with each other and talk about the impact of their loss.
Book your place:
A cold buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided (please advise us of any special dietary requirements).
If you would like to attend the Bereavement Support Day but are unable to make the return trip home on the same day, please contact Lily for more information about accommodation: email@example.com
CRY will refund your registration fee and travel costs (car/train) on submission of receipts sent after the event to Jayani at the CRY office
Unfortunately, due to lack of childcare facilities, children will be unable to attend.
Please Note: A completed form is essential for each person attending. Registration will only be accepted if CRY receives £15 registration fee (for each applicant) prior to the event
*Unless at least 4 delegates have registered by the specified closing dates, unfortunately the event will be cancelled.
