We entered the 2010 CRY Bridges Walk in memory of our brother Ronnie Armitage who passed away suddenly 26th April 2008 at 30yrs old.
Ronnie was young and healthy and was taken away from us.
We decided to take part in a sponsored walk in memory of our brother and to raise money for CRY. I didn’t realise there are so many others that have suffered from this kind of loss – over a 1000 people completed the walk which took place 18th July 2010.
The walk was 8km across many bridges in London, it took about 3½ hours to complete and we raised around £1565.00.
