#CRY4Friends Campaign from Cardiac Risk in the Young

Leading heart charity, Cardiac Risk in the Young has launched a new support booklet for young people after the sudden death of a friend. The booklet features 10 short chapters from 29 bereaved young people, and means to help young people learning to navigate the host of emotions surrounding the grief after a friends death. The booklet coincides with CRY’s awareness campaign, #CRY4Friends – a social media campaign that encourages young people to share their memories and talk openly about their grief.
