Every week in the UK at least 12 young people die suddenly of undiagnosed heart conditions. To reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD), CRY promotes and develops heart screening programmes and funds medical research.
CRY supports families affected by YSCD through its bereavement support programme; and supports young people diagnosed with cardiac conditions through its myheart Network. CRY also publishes and distributes medical information written by leading cardiologists for the general public.
CRY funds fast track services at the CRY Centre for Sports Cardiology, the CRY Centre for Cardiac Pathology and the CRY Centre for Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions at leading London Hospitals.
From time-to-time job vacancies come up at CRY – details will appear on this page.
