Nathan Blake
Nathan passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on the 15th July 2022.
Although Nathan had a chromosome abnormality his sudden death was unrelated to this.
Nathan had a “Joie de vivre” that was infectious and an amazing smile to match. First on the dancefloor and last to leave, amazingly happy and very much loved.
He was a keen cyclist and on his adapted bike he was well known locally as “The boy on the green bike” with his dad in hot pursuit, often clocking up over 50km a week.
Please be part of the move to help prevent these tragedies from happening & donate via the link below. Our aim is to be able to set up and fund a testing day local to Nathans home, so please, click on the link below and donate.
This memorial fund has been set up by the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death through supporting CRY’s screening programme.
The aim is to fund the screening of young people within the local community.
