In September 2013 The Rotary Club of Dronfield donated £250 to CRY as well as to other local charities. The money was raised by Dronfield Rotarians who had taken part in the summer 2013 Music in the Gardens event in Sheffield’s Botanical Gardens.
At the end of Elaine’s one-year long Presidency of the Inner Wheel Club of Dronfield (July 2012-July 2013), not only had the £5,000 for core-funding been anonymously donated by a generous member but she had £3,258 towards the first screening.
