A year ago I was quite unfit and hated doing any kind of exercise. In October 2016 I joined a training / bootcamp programme which I do three mornings and week and I threw myself into it. When I started I couldn’t run ½ mile without wanting to keel over. Four months in I decided to challenge myself and raise money for a charity that is so close to mine and my family’s heart. So I signed up for the Windsor Meridian Half Marathon.

My Cousin, James Markham, died when he was just 21. Taken from us too soon. We will never forget James and every penny our family raises will also go to C-R-Y to do anything we can to prevent other families going through what we went through.
