A fantastic cheque of £858 has been forwarded to CRY for Kasia’s Memorial Fund.

Christopher Worrall ran the Great North Run in memory of our precious Kasia, who died from the genetic heart condition Long QT when the sudden noise from her mobile phone alarm killed her.

Christopher did the run in one hour forty minutes, and he said it was a brilliant experience and he met some marvellous people along the way.

We think he should be so proud of himself, like so many of our Kasia’s friends.

He said he did ache quite a bit the following couple of days, but was well worth it.
