The Clydeside Distillery Glasgow, very kindly donated a bottle of their first release ‘Stobcross’ Single Malt Scotch Whisky, to support our fundraising for CRY. This bottle was offered as a raffle prize, exclusively to anyone wishing to make a donation to Scott’s memorial fund, at our final CRY cardiac screening session held at the Lagoon Leisure Centre in Paisley on 27th September 2023.
We were delighted to receive donations totalling £323.00 and are very pleased to announce that the winning ticket was number 2, purchased by Eileen McGowan. The bottle was presented to Eileen and her husband Alex (pictured), who have also been invited to visit The Clydeside for a personal tour by the Distillery Manager.
We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Alistair McDonald for this kind donation on behalf of the Clydeside Distillery and for all his previous support with our CRY fundraising in memory of Scott.
