I’ve attached a couple of photos from my Mad Dog 10K on Sunday. It was possibly the hardest run I’ve had to do in a very long time – not because of the course but due to the very strong head on wind. I heard it was measured at 48mph!

I had set myself of target of under 60 minutes for this run and finished in 55 minutes 46 seconds – a personal best for this distance – which I was extremely pleased with.

The Mad Dog event has to be the best organised and supported event I’ve been to and I cannot wait to take part again next year. The atmosphere was great and everyone was advising and helping each other.
