Thank you and congratulations to all the CRY runners who made it on Sunday 25th September. The sun came out for us all that morning and made a hot start for our runners.

CRY again did not have a stand at the event but set up a well located ‘meet-and-greet’ point – with a CRY flag and banner. This was manned by CRY staff Becci Upson and Ben Robinson, who gave out goody bags to CRY runners and enjoyed thanking them in person.

We had 13 runners in the CRY team this year, including a member of CRY staff; Mair Shepherd. Matthew David Allan (running in memory of Robert William Allan); Elizabeth Ayres (running in memory of Matt Harris); Jane Dreaper (running in memory of Adam Lambert); Michael Fealy; Niall Gallagher; Elizabeth Harkness (running in memory of Matt Harris); Daniel Hudson; Ryan Lanham (running in memory of Hannah Pickering and Caroline Johnstone); Philippa Redfern (running in memory of Kieran Formby); Nicole Slaghekke; Nicolene Van Niekeril and Thomas Wells.
