I completed the run in 2h 10mins 55 sec. I will have to admit I found it really hard, but the support we received from supporters, friends and family helped get me through.

Whilst on the run, I received a tap on the back from another runner who was also running for CRY, passing on encouragement and saying what a great cause we were both running for. We did it as a corporate event in which 9 colleagues from work took part. Five of us ran the half marathon and three the mini marathon. We all enjoyed the day.

As it stands my JustGiving page is at £175 and my sponsor forms stand at £275, so looking at a total of around £450. I look forward to doing it all again next year for this great charity.
