Gary & I attended The JD Foundation Charity Ball on Friday 14th October 2016 along with Andy Scott, CRY Patron.

It was a fantastic night and I would like to thank Andy Scott for taking the time to attend with us to represent CRY, he was really good company.

The Charity Ball was held at Old Trafford and included a secret auction, raffle, A Question of Sport with Phil Tuffnell and Matt Dawson. After a 3 course dinner, Billy Ocean took to the stage, he was amazing, Andy, Gary & I were then taken to meet Billy Ocean in his dressing room which was a fantastic experience.

We were then invited back to the VIP Party at The Hotel Football which went on until the early hours of Saturday morning.

Aaron’s Memorial Fund is one of their chosen charities for 2016. To date we have received donations from The JD Foundation totalling £28,000.00.

All the money raised on the evening will be split between their 8 chosen charities which is fantastic news, as approximately £200,000.00 was raised on the night.
