A group of fearless CRY supporters took part in an abseiling event at King’s College on July 6th, to raise money and awareness for CRY.

In the midst of another damp British summer, the participants were lucky to get a relatively dry day to tackle the 5-storey building.

Any pre-event nerves were quickly overcome, as all the participants successfully navigated their way to the bottom.

The challenge was enjoyed by all who took part – Sophie Bates, Christopher Wright, David Wright, Charlotte MacKenzie, Bryony Jones, Kate Gleeson, Naz Lindner and Tony Hill.

As one participant commented; “No tears were shed during the CRY fundraising abseil!”
