Alex Service and friends complete Three Peaks challenge in memory of David Hill

A loving brother and a group of his friends have raised over £11,000 for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) in a bid to save young lives.

It comes after Alex Service’s older sibling David Hill passed away aged just 30 during the Parliamentary Six Nations fixture between the Scottish Parliamentary Rugby Football Club and the Dàil and Seanad RFC in Dublin last year.

Alex and his pals tackled the Three Peaks challenge last weekend to raise money for the fund.

Initially, Alex set a fundraising target of £2500 but that was met within days and he has now raised £11,235.
