CRY is delighted to announce that Calor Gas Ltd have chosen to support CRY from October 2009, in memory of Scott Rennie, who was the son of their Managing Director, Stephen Rennie.

Calor staff will take part in CRY events during 2010 and 2011 and as part of their ‘Gift of the Gas’ scheme, the company will donate £5 to CRY for every unwanted gas cylinder returned to them.

Other planned fundraising activities include monthly ‘dress down days’ and various sponsored events.

Stephen Rennie, Calor’s Managing Director says, “The death of any young person is a tragedy but the fact that far too many young fit people die every week through the lack of proper screening programmes must be addressed. We will do whatever we can to support CRY in this important task.”
