My friend Chloe & I attended Forestside Fun Dog Show on Saturday 17th June. We had a cake stall & made £180 on the day.
Colleagues from Informa took part in our annual charity walk event on the 8th June 2023 – Walk the World. Several years ago we lost
Over 30 miles around Cumbria Mountains and between 11-12000 ft of climbing which Ian “Nosey” Parker and myself completed on 21/06/23 with Jamie “Just Retired”
The annual rugby festival that has been named after Adam (Carney) happened again on Saturday 8 July this will be 6 years since Adams passing.
On 25 June 2023 we were so pleased to gather once again in London for the 17th annual CRY Heart of London Bridges Walk. A total of 869 supporters joined us on the day, with 79 walking in their local areas.
Our son in law Anth Rowland completed a gruelling 204 mile Chase the Sun cycle race on 24th June in extremely hot weather. The race

On a very hot Saturday, Fran, Maddie and Stuart joined other swimmers to take part in the Great North Swim in memory of Kelly Lee.
A huge thank you and congratulations to the 15 cyclists who participated on Sunday 28th May, taking on what is known as the world’s greatest festival of cycling; the RideLondon-Essex 100.
