This is the West Country, 112th October 2013 The family of Jenny Bucknell, who died suddenly from an undiagnosed heart condition, have pledged to try to prevent it happening to others. A coffee, cake and craft morning will take place at Horton Village Hall on Sunday, 19th October in order to raise awareness of CRY. Read

A Chipstead doctor has set out on a 10,000-mile charity road trip. Dr Ian McCurdie and his co-driver Paul Chambers are taking part in the Mongol Rally across Asia in Smart car! The trip is in support of Cardiac Risk in the Young.
