At the end of July we held our inaugural charity concert in aid of CRY. Despite the rain shower a busy and bustling Memorial Garden enjoyed the entertainment and fun while raising over £600 for the charity.

The crowd, comprising of residents, visitors and invited dignitaries, indulged in afternoon tea while Soundforce Big Band and the Tasty Jazz Duo provided the music. One lucky winner walked away with a huge cuddly monkey as well as buying the winning balloon in the balloon race which travelled 100 miles to Kings Lynn in Norfolk.
