These are some photos from our walk and cheque presentation in memory of my son Jonathan Hamilton.
Our walk was from Belfast to Carrick Fergus, approx 10 miles and also a charity football match held by Ballysillen Swift’s. Together we raised a total of £1717 in memory of Jonathan, who died aged 34 on the 27 March 2016 from a pulmonary embolism. His death was so sudden we just can’t come to terms with it and I keep wondering if he had availed himself of a screening he would still be with us.
We wanted to do this for the charity to make other young ones aware of CRY, as I had never heard of them before, as have many others here in N. Ireland. Thank you for all your good wòrk, it was an honor to have done this for CRY.
