Over 70 people took part in this walk, which is an annual event organised by Sandra Morland in memory of her son Levon.

Levon died in January 2002 from Wolfe Parkinson White Syndrome.

The walk this year was from Seaham Town Centre, County Durham to The Greyhound Public House, West Rainton (near Durham city) – approximately 9.5 miles on country roads and nature trails.

Everyone had a great time walking, and everyone made it home safe and sound to The Greyhound, where there were refreshments and live music for the walkers to relax to and enjoy.

As ever, it takes time to collect the money after one of these events. However, we now have the total of the cash raised – £3696.11
