Cindy's 13,000ft leap for charity

An estate agent braved the cold to jump out of a plane, raising ยฃ390 for charity. Cindy Pride, 52, from Chalford, Westbury, completed the 13,000ft tandem parachute jump in Netheravon Airfield, near Salisbury.

She donated the money to CRY, a charity which raises awareness of cardiac risk in the young.

She said: โ€œI chose the charity because itโ€™s one that not many people know.

โ€œThe jump was fantastic. It was very cold though, so I was wearing about eight layers.

โ€œI wasnโ€™t nervous, I was just excited to be doing it. Iโ€™ve always wanted to do it and it was a laugh all the way.

โ€œI would do it again and would recommend doing it to anyone. Itโ€™s a fun way to raise money for charity.โ€

Mrs Pride would like to thank her family, friends and colleagues at Davies & Davies estate agents for their support.
