In memory of our beloved Dan Cook, 50 friends and family came together this weekend to climb Helvellyn, raising awareness for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).

It was a challenging climb that pushed many of us out of our comfort zones, but the spirit, determination, and love carried us all the way to the top.

We were blessed with amazing weather in the Lake District, and stayed together in a beautiful house near Lake Windermere — a perfect setting to remember, honour, and celebrate Dan’s life.
