Spencer Byatt finished the marathon even after sustaining a knee injury in 4 hours, 20 minutes and 17 seconds. He was deteminded to finish to honour the memory of his father, John, who suddenly passed away in June 2017. He has raised over £3,000 for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).
