January 26th this year the CrossFit community came together in an incredible display of unity, strength and generosity to honour the late Dan Cook a respected member who was passionate about health and fitness.
5 affiliate gyms hosted a special memorial work out and fundraising event in support of Cardiac Risk in the Young(CRY).
