Jack Thomas was a gifted, well liked player at Blackwood RFC, it was a shock to hear of the family’s devastation at the loss of their son and brother. We all decided as a club we would like to be a part of the fundraising, as we knew Jack and CRY is such a worthy charity. June tells us they have already highlighted several heart defects in people that have had screening provided by this charity .

We will continue to support this fantastic charity as long as we are able to, not because we feel obligated, but because the club comes together as one rugby family in the hope that we too can make a difference to the lives of others in our community.
