The CRY Big pub quiz took place at The Orange Tree in Leicester on 26/2/18
A fantastic night was had by all that raised just over £400 and a huge amount of awareness for CRY and what they do.
12 rounds of general knowledge including picture rounds and joker rounds was design by the epic Quiz Master Brian and had the good people of Leicestershire racking their brains all evening.
We had 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th prizes with a wooden spoon prize for the “least knowledgeable”.
We also had some incredible prizes donated for the raffle including cinema tickets, gift vouchers, meal vouchers (Miller and Carter, Enderby), care care cleaning kits (Meguiars UK), Body Shop gift set (Adelle Jarvis), case of wine (donated by Adrian Holmes), Whiskey, Prosecco, Chocolates, One off picture prints and many more incredible prizes.
The venue hosts The Orange Tree as well as donating some raffle prizes included a specialty meal combo of nachos and a cocktail/mocktail on the night, with the profits also being donated.
Special thanks also goes out to Adelle Jarvis for her invaluable help and organisation in the planning and execution of the event, we make an incredible team.
Lastly but by no means least the incredible people who came out on a freezing cold snowy February Monday night to play and soak up the atmosphere, there was over 90 people in attendance, each and every one of them amazing!
Well done everybody, especially the winners who took away the CRY Big pub quiz trophy 2017!!
